Sure! As long as the property is cleaned and ready - just reach out the morning of arrival and we'll let you know if it’s available for a complimentary early check-in!

As a personal touch, we enjoy welcoming our guests to our cottage. In the event that we are not able to meet you, you will be given instructions on how to access the property. We usually program the last 4 digits of the booking phone number as the door code. You will have access to the entire home and property, except the shed and closet.  


 

Every unit is thoroughly cleaned after each stay, and we pride ourselves on maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and quality. We use safe, non-toxic cleaning products. If, for any reason, you're not fully satisfied with a cleaning, just reach out and we'll make it right!
 

Absolutely not. Our homes are rented exclusively for the purpose of providing a safe and comfortable environment to call home for your entire stay.

From the time of booking to check-out, we’ll be in contact with you and available anytime something is needed. We’ve hand-curated an amazing list of neighborhood recommendations provided prior to check-in so you can maximize your experience. After booking, you will receive a link to our Digital Guidebook. If there's anything else you need, please don’t hesitate to reach out!

We allow up to 2 dogs at $150 per stay. Dogs may not stay inside the cottage without human supervision or in a kennel (kennel rental available, please inquire after booking)
